My little girl turns 25! Happy Birthday Princess!

Kirsten and I went on a shop hop of our own to celebrate her birthday, and we recap our weekend in this program. We were very naughty and had a great amount of fun.

Here are the links to our itinerary:
The Granary
Carolea’s Knitche, Quilt Shop Extraordinaire
Fenton’s Old-fashioned Creamery
Stone Mountain and Daughter
Lacis
New Pieces
The journals Kirsten was talking about keeps her swatches close at hand.
Amy Butler fabric
Bride and Prejudice info and the DVD
The newest version of Pride and Prejudice, the website and the DVD

If you ever come to visit the San Francisco Bay Area, we highly recommend the places that we visited.

  1. Annie! I can’t listen to your podcast nr. 41, WMP says that it doesn’t recognize the extension, I can’t play it with Itunes either. And not even from your site itself. What’s wrong?

  2. Annie,

I didn’t you were local to me! And in San Jose! Hopefully I can run into you at NCQC (April is on retreats, I recall), PIQF or maybe you’re planning on attending a session of BlogHer this year??

  3. Hi Annie

I am slowly catching up on the podcasts listening to them in reverse and am scheduling in a day quilting in my week to give it a go.
I came across this not sure whether you have come across that before, sorry if I am duplicating.

A form to organise your stash.
As its free I thought it would be neat.

Keep up the good work, I now listen to you when I am doing washing up and the creations are building up in my head. My have I some catching up to do.

  4. Hi Annie;
Another great episode. I love Jane Austen too. I watch various Jane Austen DVD’s while I am quilting a lot since I love the books so much and it is almost like listening to a book on tape while I work. I love the new versions of Pride and Prejudice but I ahve to say that my favourite version is still the BBC A&E version.

  5. I loved the fun that shone out of your podcast and the connection with your daughter. Very Jane Austen. I live not far from Bath so am really in Jane Austen mode and we spent our holidays in Lyme Regis which is another location she mentions often.
Quilting Journal…thats got to be on my wishlist.
    Thanks so much .
