Robert Shaw-Bob- was our speaker in January! Really nice guy. He is a local Vermonter and lives in Shelburne. He got his start in quilt writing at the Shelburne Museum and fell in love with them. I sought him out to come to our guild, even though his fee was more in line with an institutional range. I must of said the right thing because he lowered his fee for our non-profit guild and says he would like to do more guild talks. He was very well received and very gracious.
