  1. Another great podcast. You have been missed. What an adorable grandbaby! So precious. Keep sending the podcasts.

    -Valerie

  3. It’s so good to have you back…I’ve missed you. Sounds like you’ve had a busy few months.

  4. Annie! I’m so glad to hear you are still doing shows! My ipod has been lonely without it. Your grandbaby is so beautiful. You probably have said this during a show, but does she have a quilt from grandma yet?!

  5. Hi Annie,

I want to hear more about your book! That sounds really exciting and interesting! I do understand that you are very busy, but I selfishly want more podcasts as I absolutely love listening to them while I do hand wool applique. Thank you so much and welcome back!

  6. Hi Annie,

We really enjoyed your visit to the El Camino Quilters Guild in Vista and it was nice for you to mention us and our lovely quilt shops in this podcast. Since your visit, I have listened to several of your pod casts and have really learned a lot from them. I have only been quilting for a few years so much of what you talk about is very educational for me. I think I am part of a huge group that is grateful to you for sharing all of the knowledge and information that comes from you and all of the quilt teachers and of course we are grateful that they are willing to share with us part of their lives.

  7. What a beautiful granddaughter! Enjoy her…they grow SO FAST! My granddaughters are unbelievably now 19 and 22 years old. Where does the time go?! Glad to hear a podcast again!

  8. Hi Annie! *So* good to hear you back on the air — and what a busy few months you’ve had! Also great to hear you speak of TAS (The Applique Society). I am the current Chapter Leader of the Wild Rose Stitchers Chapter in Cochrane, Alberta, near Calgary. Kathy D, whom you met at the Academy, remains a member, since she used to live in Calgary (her hubby played football with our Stampeders!). Our TAS Chapter has been busy organizing an exhibit — “The Joy of Applique — with work from TAS members all across Canada. This exhibit is one of over a dozen featured at Canada’a *major* quilt show, Quilt Canada 2010, which runs in Calgary from April 26 through May 1. Wish you could come up and see all the wonderful quilts! In addition to 51 in our TAS exhbite, there is the National Juried Show, and many exhibits of art quilts, traditional quilts, and antique and vintage quilts. We’d love to see you there! 🙂

  9. I was so glad to see that you had a new podcast – missed you. I really enjoy hearing about the different quilt stores that you have been to as we do alot of RV traveling and I take the “Quilt Companion” book with me to check out any stores in our visiting area.

I have finished the Quilter’s Pallet from your 1st online class – my friends are so impressed!

  10. We did miss you. You were gone awhile, so we knew that you had a lot on your plate. I knew you couldn’t just forget all about us quilters! So glad your back!

One recommendation: more photos of the precious grandbaby! Too cute!

  11. Great podcast. Sounds like you started the year off with alot of fun things. Got my pattern for the West of Baltimore, have really been missing the classes. Quilter’s palette is pinned and ready to start quilting.

  12. What a wonderful drive home today listening to your podcast! It made my 30 minute drive home so fast! Keep up the great work, love listening to you!

  13. I am so glad you are back to podcasting! I just love all of the information you give us. I can’t wait to check out all of the links. I hope that I can still make it into the drawing. I would love to win something on my birthday.
Thanks for all of your hard work on putting such a great podcast together.

  14. Sure injoyed your podcast. What alot of information. I first caught you on the Quilt Show and have been meaning to check you out. My girls got me a new ipod so I found you on itunes. I’ll be back. Edie

  15. Oh Annie! What a great start to the year you’ve had. I’m so happy to hear you got to meet Jan Vaine. She teaches at our quilt shop here in Jacksonville, The Olde Green Cupboard. She’s wonderful.

Keep up the great work and we’ll keep listening.
