Hello from Colorado!
Just wanted you to know I listen to your podcast while I am walking around Quail Lake with the Rocky Mountains as my backdrop …Pikes Peak in particular. Aspens are turning gold, air is crisper and it is getting to be the season where quilts are very much appreciated at nighttime! The trouble is, I want to go home immediately and start quilting instead of finishing my 3 mile walk all the time!
I have left a comment earlier about how much I enjoy listening to you. I just saw the picture of your quilt concering the sashing, and I am so inspired. I actually am starting to think I can make quilt that big instead of just making tablerunners and potholders.
Keep up the work, and I’ll look forward to your next podcast and good ideas.
P.S. You know you’re a die hard quilter when… I went to the States this May, and came home with over 70 different fabrics. And I have no clue of what to do with it other than admire it. When that is said, maybe quilting is an excuse to buy all the great fabrics?
