Hi Annie! I love your podcasts and I know it’s too late for the inspiration podcast but I thought I would share my inspiration. I have two very good friends, Rita and Laura DeMarco, who own a quilt store in Hiawassee, Georgia. It’s called Log Cabin Patchworks and every year they hold a Thimbleberries Camp for 3 days in September. I drive 7 hours to attend this camp every year and every year I come home refreshed and inspired by all the ladies who attend. I’m a newbie to quilting compared to most of these ladies and they, along with Lynette Jensen, inspire me to become better and better.
If you’re ever in Georgia, I encourage you to stop by their shop. The shop was chosen as one of the top 25 quilt shops that have been featured in Quilt Sampler magazine since 1995! I’m so proud of them and they are my inspiration.
