If you are willing to travel all the way to Clear lake, you may prefer to go someplace closer, like Walker Creek Ranch, in north Marin County. Iti s available on Weekends and the food was outstanding, it cost us $237 for two nights.

The thing that really impressed me, about Laura’s site, was the generosity of her sharing the method in which to fuse, bind and transfer pattern directions. I met Laura tonight at our quilt guide in South Holland, IL and thoroughly enjoyed her program. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a workshop of her technique planned, but I was lucky enough to be able to purchase one of her patterns. The only problem was trying to decide which one to choose.
At times I’m envious of people with such God given talents as Laura’s, but in the same thought I thank God for sharing them with us less creative souls.
